I think the problem lies here: exact is not equal to about.

Edit: Apparently I can't post the "is not equal to" sign here. Gay.

Of course, the team could have said that he reigned from March 20 2691 BC until February 3 2625 BC, which would have made that sentence entirely accurate.

I'm personally having a hard time with 'said the scientist'. It's how a five year old would write press releases. Also there's no quotes, so we can assume that the scientist didn't actually say that at all. I'm not in love with the dash either.
