Bear in mind i'm still running a 2.8Ghz P4 system (think how old that bad boy is).

Think i should try to knock the bloke down to £200?

No harm in trying to knock it down a bit, you'll probably want a more up to date graphics card. Seems like an okay system of similar vintage to mine, you might even be able to get a little overclock out of the processor as he has a third party cooler on it.
