I dunno, ignoring the usual 'OMGZ DUmbd down 4 consoles!' that most people seem to be whinging about, I think setting it in big grey New York is a big step backwards from the lush tropical islands of the first, from both a gameplay and artistic standpoint.

I saw an interview with some guy from Crytek, and when he was asked if the new technology will push even the ultra high-end hardware to its limit he pretty much said something along the lines of 'don't bet on it', though there's no doubt that when it's released it'll be the prettiest thing to come out on all platforms.

But as long as they keep the open-endedness of the first game and make the fights with the aliens not shit then more Crysis is A Good Thing.
