Having spent 3 1/2 terrifying weeks on the roads i India, yes. That's how they drive. If someone is changing lanes, you get out of their way. If someone is overtaking, you get out of the way. Or overtake as well, so there's 4 cars all heading together. It's fucking maniac-land.

I seem to remember seeing somewhere that the driving tests there last about a minute and consists of strating the car, moving it and bit and then stopping again.

One i only remembered about yesterday, but always used to like.
